Mina Javaherbin is the author of six picture books for kids, including April’s book club pick: Soccer Star. Watch for her newest picture book Neymar: A Soccer Dream Come True, coming out May 29, 2018. Though she was born in Iran, Mina has spent most of her life in the United States. She now lives in California with her husband and two kids. They are avid soccer players and enthusiastic soccer fans.
